Fertility Awareness can be trickier when you're travelling, but it is possible! Here are five ways to make it work.

Practicing Fertility Awareness when you're away from home can come with unique challenges. Your sleep schedule may be erratic, a change in climate may throw off your BBT, and you won't necessarily have access to toilet paper. So is it still possible to chart your cycle? And if so, how effectively?
