Fertility yoga:
Preparing your body for conception

Celeste has created a special program of yoga poses, meditation and visualization exercises to support women in enhancing their fertility. Through breath, movement and mindfulness, Celeste helps women return their bodies to a state of natural balance and strength, bringing new vitality to their reproductive systems. It’s a warm, spirited, supportive class. (Wear your favourite yoga gear and bring a mat, water and your good energy.)
Fertility yoga:
- Decreases stress
- Strengthens muscles supporting reproductive organs
- Improves personal energy, vitality
- Promotes mind-body balance and joy
The class is designed for all women preparing to conceive - those who have struggled with infertility or are currently undergoing fertility treatments are especially welcome.
* Please note the Fertility Yoga class is held off-site at a studio in the Danforth-Coxwell area. Directions will be e-mailed to you before your first class.
** Please note our special cancellation policy for Fertility Yoga. Our normal cancellation policy is store credit for a class or workshop cancelled with up to 72 hours notice and no refunds or store credit thereafter. However, if you find out you are pregnant after this time, and before the start of the second class of the session, we are happy to offer you a 50% credit towards other store products or services. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or store credit for pregnancies that are confirmed after the second class. We advise that women who have confirmed a pregnancy discontinue taking this class as some fertility-enhancing positions may be inappropriate for women in their first trimester.
