Hey Fellow Entrepreneur!
I'm Kim Sedgwick, co-founder of Red Tent Sisters.
I love to geek out on systems, strategies, and sales funnels. I'm also an empath who talks about energy, values, and vision boards.
I believe that marketing can be joyful, if you're doing it right (meaning it's rooted in authenticity).
I definitely don't think you need an MBA to be awesome at business, but I'm a firm believer that you need some kind of education or mentorship. Most importantly, you need a program or guide that's the right fit for you.
One day, I got talking to a friend about her website and brand. It was a casual conversation at first, but before I knew it, we were three hours in and we'd come up with her ideal client (and a marketing strategy to reach them), a new pricing structure that allowed her to stay in her "zone of genius" (if you're not familiar with The Big Leap, I highly recommend picking it up), and a system for preparing customer quotes so that she wasn't constantly recreating the wheel.
Later that day, she texted to say "that was so much fun! I didn't even realize what was happening until it was over, but now I have an actual plan that feels me. You should totally offer this to your clients!"
For a year I debated putting together a program because I kept thinking, "does the world really need another business coach??"
But here's the thing.
I'm not going to promise a six-figure salary.
I'm not going to offer one way to increase your email list.
I'm not going to tell you that you "have" to run webinars or summits or create a podcast or (insert latest craze here).
What I will offer is:
Someone who will truly listen and be a sounding board (I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, so this is my jam)
A chance to get super clear on your goals (which may or may not include a six-figure salary)
Personalized recommendations based on my 10+ years as an entrepreneur
What does this look like?
I'll be your cheerleader and lovingly call you on your bullshit.
In addition to soulful coaching that will clarify your "why" (aka, your values), I'll also put on my consulting hat and together, we'll brainstorm next steps. This may mean looking at different Content Management System (CMS), partnership opportunities, or sales funnels. Or none of those things. It really is about aligning action with your goals.
This is right for you if:
You're a solopreneur who needs to "talk out" their ideas
You feel like you're on a hamster wheel (aka, constantly "busy" but not actually going anywhere)
You know something needs to change, but you're not sure what
You have limiting beliefs about money
You get that "oh yeah" feeling when you hear the phrase "people pleaser"
There's something you want to do (launch a podcast, create a product, up your prices) that you're afraid to say out loud and you need a non-judgemental space to claim your goal. Side note: I've worked in sex education for over a decade and been trusted with the most intimate details of people's lives. I know how to hold space for tenderness.
Why Work With Me
One of the things that drew me to coaching is the commitment to client-coach alignment. I'm not trying to be THE business coach. I want to be the right fit for the clients I'm meant to work with.
I could write a bunch about coaching and my entrepreneurial credentials, but I believe the best way to know is to jump on the phone. One of my superpowers is my intuition and I promise that if I don't think we're a good match, I'll be upfront and offer a referral instead. I want to set you up for success, whatever form that may take.
If this program sounds right for you, I invite you to enrol today. I will contact you personally within the week to discuss the program and answer any questions you may have. We'll also make arrangements for when to conduct your first session (by phone or Skype).
Because of the high volume of one-on-one time provided in this program, we cannot provide refunds. However, if you decide after our initial conversation that this program is not the right fit you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund.
REGISTER FOR WHoleHearted Lover
I want to congratulate you on taking this bold step. Although we live in a post-sexual revolution era, there is still a lot of stigma around sexual pleasure. I grew up in a very progressive family and yet I still struggled with my sexuality, so I know firsthand how difficult this process can be. I'm proud of you for making your sexuality a priority and for recognizing that there is always more to learn. That's half the work right there! And, if you have chosen not to register (or decided to wait), I want to thank you for trusting your intuition about what's right for you.
If you have any questions you would like to ask me that would help in making your decision, please don't hesitate to reach out.
With love and gratitude,
