This workshop prepares women to begin implementing the techniques of the Justisse Method for Fertility Management - a natural contraceptive method yielding over 99% efficacy! Topics covered will include female and male anatomy and physiology, signs and symptoms of fertility, charting instructions and how to accomplish your contraceptive intentions using the method. Private follow-ups are an essential component of this method. Available as a group workshop (see dates below) or by private consultation.
